The rules of the referral programme.
Simple, fair and transparent. We want genuine referrals that turn into real clients.
How you earn commission
Commission is earned only when a referred customer becomes a qualifying paying client — defined as a client who has paid their 50% deposit. You are paid as soon as that deposit clears in our account. Rates (scaled in Rand for South Africa, US dollars internationally):R500 / $30 — website, AI, automationR1,500 / $90 — e-commerce or appCreative / video content is not eligible for affiliate commission. Commission moves through three stages:
Pending→Approved→Paid
Payment is released once the deposit is verified and cleared. Refunds or reversed deposits void the commission.
What does not qualify
- Link clicks
- Website visits
- Form submissions
- Unqualified leads
- Existing customers
- Fake leads
- Duplicate leads
- Self-referrals
- Cancelled or refunded transactions
Conduct & disputes
- No self-referrals — you cannot earn commission on your own business or purchases.
- No fake leads — every referred lead must be a real, genuine business enquiry.
- No spam — do not send unsolicited bulk messages or post links inappropriately.
- No fraudulent claims — do not misrepresent Autobots Asend or the programme.
- No duplicate claims — the same client cannot be claimed by multiple affiliates.
- No manipulation of referral tracking — clicks and leads must be genuine.
Autobots Asend may investigate suspicious activity and withhold or reverse commissions that breach these terms. Commission disputes are reviewed and resolved by our admin team.
